Also, location was comfy, within walking distance of Mohave County Parks Department. I booked family room with nice pictures and 2 double bed, for instance which turned out to be an impressive room.

Convenient location. Room was clean.
The room smelled like smoke even though it said no smoking. There were no cups or ice bucket in the room. There was a coffee machine but no pot or coffee or anything to go with it. There was no continental breakfast even though it said there would be

They let me check in early
There was 5 year old gunk and gross nasty funk un the bath tub under the rubber mat with a big black mark all around the rubber pad then I noticed gross nastiness coming out from under the mat as I tried to fill a bath,I lifted it up and it was packed with really ugly things I dont know what it was but it was sure growing. That was sooo bad I would never go there again

I gotta say, the room was surprisingly spacious! We got a couch with a pull-out bed and still had plenty of space after a long drive, it reminded me of we were in a living room and not just a stuffy hotel room.
Wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable.

The staff was friendly
The first time I used the bathroom the toilet did not flush properly....was not comfortable using it again....the bed was very uncomfortable.....breakfast was awful....the juice machine was broken, no fruit.....
